Ms. Woolworth goes on to elaborate that, "FocusPCS will be used to circumvent and eventually replace the manual store building processes adopted during the last few years". Prior to implementation, the art of creating a new Sprint PCS retail store was long and laden with "paper-path" bottlenecks that could account for significant delays in the store-building process. Now, by embracing the Internet as a productive part of our team, each project member can add, retrieve and review important documents including site plans, project time lines and all associated materials. Being able to access these documents real-time will significantly decrease costs in hand delivery as well as shorten the time needed to complete each task associated with the building process.
